Naps is a calm, ad-free baby tracker by Kawi Software. If something isn't working —
especially at 3am — we want to know.

A human reads every message. You'll normally hear back within 1–2 business days.
When reporting a problem, it helps to include: your iPhone model, iOS version, the Naps
version (Settings), and roughly what you did when it happened. Never include anything you
consider private about your family — we don't need it to help.
Is Naps really free?
Yes. Logging (sleep, feeds, diapers), partner sync, the rhythm planner and calendar, the food
map, growth tracking, and your unlimited history are free forever — not a trial. Naps
Plus ($7.90/month or $49.90/year, 14-day free trial) adds the Analytics screen: exact predicted
nap times, what Naps has learned about your baby, and the patterns behind their sleep.
How do I share the log with my partner or a caregiver?
Settings → Household → create an invite code and share it. Your partner installs Naps,
chooses "Join with a code", and every log syncs between you in real time. Sync is free.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Naps, or
in-app via Settings. Cancelling keeps Plus until the period ends; nothing you logged is ever
lost. The free trial reminds you before it ends. To restore a purchase on a new device, use
"Restore purchases" on the Analytics screen.
I started as a guest — can I keep my data on a new phone?
Guest data lives on your account on our servers, but a guest account has no sign-in to recover
it with. Link Sign in with Apple (or email) in Settings before switching phones, then sign
in on the new device and everything is there.
How do the nap predictions work?
Naps learns from your own logs — your baby's comfortable awake time, their mornings and
evenings — anchored in published pediatric guidance, and it keeps adjusting as your baby
changes. Predictions never create sleep records; only your taps do. And it is guidance, not
medical advice: your pediatrician is always the reference.
Where is my data stored? Can I delete it?
Baby logs are stored in the EU (Frankfurt). We show no ads and sell no data. Deleting your
account in Settings deletes your data. Full details: see our Privacy Policy
_(replace with the hosted privacy-policy URL when published)_.
